Basic mistakes when using Sunscreen products
It is true that effective methods which protect the skin under the detrimental effects of the sun play a crucial role in beautifying the skin. In addition to the choice of a suitable sunscreen product, the effective and optimal use of these ones is also unknown by many people. Hence, the following common mistakes are often made by numerous women, this leads to adverse consequences in the skin.

Choose improper sunscreen products
Sunscreen products prove their effect on skin protection if only you choose a sunscreen which suitably matches with the characteristics of your skin. The choice of products of unclear origin or from brands of bad reputation or the ones with too high or too low SPF is one of the mistakes usually seen when using sunscreen. Thus, based on the characteristics of your skin, you should select a suitable sunscreen with clear origin from a prestigious brand. Fake products of bad quality must be avoided. Sunscreen with the SPF from 20 to 30 is appropriate for those with light skin and the one with the SPF under 20 is used for dark skin. If you want to improve the protection ability of the sunscreen under the scorching sun, product with the SPF of 30 to 50 is mostly advised. Sunscreen with too high SPF may be harmful to your skin.
Not using the product in accordance with its instruction
Many girls let their skin expose to the sun immediately after using sunscreen. This is considered as one of the most common mistakes made by a lot of women. Some people only remember to use sunscreen after already going out. This not only limits the effects of sunscreen products but leaves harmful consequences on the skin. As advised by the manufacturer, sunscreen products only bring their optimal effects if they are applied on the skin from 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure. The reason for this is that it takes the skin a period of time to absorb the cream.
Only use sunscreen one time a day
This seems to be a misconception of dozens of humans in using sunscreen. It is partly because of the subjective thought that applying sunscreen once a day is enough to protect the skin during the whole day. Another reason is that some women want to save money. However, this improper usage leads to numerous adverse effects on your skin. Most importantly, your skin will not be protected optimally and effectively. Sunscreen need to be applied again after 2 hours, especially after doing exercise or participating in activities related to water. For this reason, you should comply with the instruction of the manufacturer to protect the skin from the harmful impacts of the sun.

Not using other methods to support sunscreen
Despite the fact that sunscreen provides your skin the protection from bad influences of the sun, the products only optimally work when being used in combination with other supporting methods. As a result, you should not completely rely on sunscreen products but applying other measures to enhance skin protection, especially under the baking sun.
